The opinion-giving committee of our Centre gives certificates required by schools based on a complex diagnosis of individual needs and abilities.
We give certificates stating the need of:
- individual education,
- special education,
- rehabilitation and education activities,
- early support of the child’s development.

We give opinions about e.g.:
- earlier admission to primary school,
- postponement of the start of compulsory schooling,
- exemption of the child diagnosed with deep dyslexia from compulsory second foreign language classes,
- education in therapeutic class,
- adjustment of the educational and examination requirements to the student’s individual needs and abilities;
- permission for individual educational program,
- on lack of objections to performance of the work or gainful activity by the child,
- psychological and educational help at school or in kindergarten
